DTU Mental Health Awareness Programme for PhDs, Postdocs and Research Assistants

Being an entry-level researcher can be a demanding and challenging journey, both academically and personally. Taking care of your mental health is crucial to navigate this path successfully and maintain overall well-being whether you want to pursue a career in or outside Academia.

So come and join DTU Mental Health Awareness Programme.

The programme is mixed – online tutorials and in person-workshops. The programme runs over 5 weeks. It is designed to be flexible and doable for everyone. No performance is needed. It is about raising awareness. That’s it!

Each week, you will be presented with different topics or perspectives on mental health online – you can learn this in your own time, as it is all available on our learning platform, complete with pre-recorded videos and workbooks.

On top of that, we will meet up to 5 workshops, to connect and discuss mental health from a personal perspective.

If you cannot attend all the workshops. It is okay. It would be great to see you, but hey, sometimes we all have busy schedules.

And you are more than welcome to attend the workshops even if you haven’t had time to watch the online videos and do the workbooks.

Who can join?

We hope that you will join us 😊 It does not matter whether you have just started your PhD or whether you are just about to hand in your thesis. Research assistants and Postdocs are also very welcome regardless of experience.
